Word Processor, Junior-xxxxxxxx Description Key Role: Perform routine to moderately complex clerical, administrative secretarial duties, and work of a confidential nature and apply knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function. Prepare instructional materials, packages, and items needed for instructional programs and install and maintain equipment. Handle project-related office and clerical work for ISD projects, including typing, maintaining correspondence, filing, ordering materials, preparing reports, duplicating, and labeling materials. Prepare and review written materials, ensuring that basic grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, spelling, page organization, and format is correct. Edit and revise written text per style manuals, ensure consistency and uses computer to prepare and edit word processing documents and computer presentations, and develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and project planning applications. Prepare written text using tables, columns, and tabular data formats.
