TRADESMEN INTERNATIONAL MARINE DIVISION
Qualified individuals will possess a minimum of 5 years experience. Prior Navy a plus Must have DoD Security Clearance or have had one recently.
Painters, Welders, Fitters and Electricians Needed for project starting in May
Welding and Ship Fitting will be in accordance with welding procedures needed to repair, modify, and install various structures, foundations and piping systems associated with Shipboard Systems Installations.
Candidate should be familiar with NAVSEA welding requirements
1. Applies appropriate welding processes to join, surface, fabricate, or repair parts of metal or other weldable materials.
2. Works from blueprints, engineering sketches, charts or work orders.
3. Lays out and marks points on parts or subassemblies using rule, square, scribe or templates.
4. Positions pieces to be welded into jigs, holding fixtures, guides and steps using measuring instruments and hand tools.
Firewatch, OSHA 10 Maritime Training and Respirator fit/w respirator and all required PPE will be provided.
